1. Coverage
We stand by the quality of our clay tiles. All products sold through our store come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Cracks, breakage, or structural damage caused by manufacturing flaws.
- Fading or discoloration due to material defects (not due to environmental exposure or chemicals).
2. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Improper handling, transportation, or storage after delivery.
- Incorrect installation or use of non-recommended adhesives or techniques.
- Normal wear and tear, stains, or changes due to weathering.
- Efflorescence.
- Exposure to overweight loads beyond standard residential or architectural design limits or due to exceeding the flexural strength of the tile.
- Corrosion or damage due to exposure to brackish or high-TDS water, chemicals, fertilizers, or industrial by-products.
- Use in applications beyond intended residential or architectural use.
- Acts of nature, including flooding, earthquakes, or fire.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for warranty claims:
- The product must have been purchased directly from our store or an authorized distributor.
- Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required to validate the claim.
- The product must not have been altered, installed, or used improperly.
4. Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

- Provide your order details, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected tiles.
- Our team will assess the claim and respond within 7 business days.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will:
- Replace the defective product, or
- Offer a refund or credit, depending on the situation.
5. Limitations
This warranty is limited strictly to the replacement or refund of the defective product, at our discretion. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of time, or any labor or installation costs associated with removal or replacement of the product.
- Transportation or shipping costs incurred during the return, exchange, or replacement process under a warranty claim.
By purchasing our product, you acknowledge and agree that this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, and we shall not be held responsible for any damages beyond the terms explicitly stated herein.
All claims, disputes, or legal matters relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu, and governed by the applicable laws of India.
